Q. How much does the program
cost?
A. For a 4-week, personalized weight-training program, the
cost is $40.00. The program is broken down into 13 segments. There
are 6 off-season workouts, and 7 in-season workouts. Each workout
is 4 weeks in duration. This will give you a year-round workout,
specific to your needs as a baseball player.
Q. Do all baseball players do the
same workout?
A. No. When you sign-up for my weight-training program, you
will select either the pitchers workout or the position players
workout.
Q. How does the program work?
A. You will start by completing the registration form and
payment information. Once this is completed, you will be provided
with a test sheet. The test sheet is my way of personalizing your
workout. It will be separated into two columns, your mandatory
exercises and your optional exercises. You will test-out on all of
the mandatory exercises, and any optional exercises that you would
like to incorporate into your program. The test sheet will ask you
for the amount of weight that you can lift on certain exercises.
For example:
- Leg Press __ lbs x 10
repetitions
- Cable Rows __ lbs x 12
repetitions
- Reverse Press downs __ lbs x
20 repetitions
After you have gone to the weight
room and completed the test sheet, you will then submit these
numbers to the websites test sheet form. After this is completed,
a personalized weight-training program will be created for you.
You can view and print-out your program from the website. All of
the exercises have video examples to show you the proper technique
for each exercise.
Q. I have only spent a limited
amount of time in the weight room. How will I know what each
exercise is, and how to perform them with the proper technique?
A. Once you sign-up for my weight-training program, you will
be able to view a video demonstration for each exercise that you
will perform on the workout. I have also included video
demonstrations of my flexibility routines, as well as my shoulder
program.
Q. At what age can I start
this program?
A. I recommend that you be at least 14 years of age or older
before starting my weight-training program. But regardless of your
age, always consult with your physician prior to starting this
program, or any other exercise program. |
